AIセーフティ・インスティテュートは、AIシステムの開発者や提供者がAIセーフティ評価を実施する際に参照できる基本的な考え方を提示するため、2024年9月に「AIセーフティに関する評価観点ガイド」を公開しました。今回、画像解析などAIの活用の幅が広がっている動向をふまえ、マルチモーダル基盤モデルを評価対象とする場合のAIセーフティの評価観点や各観点における評価項目例を調査し、本書の改訂(第1.10版)を行いました。
In 2024, J-AISI published the “Guide to Evaluation Perspectives on AI Safety” to provide fundamental considerations that AI system developers and providers can reference when conducting AI safety evaluations.
In light of growing trends in AI usage, such as expanded capabilities for image analysis, we investigated AI safety evaluation perspectives and corresponding sample evaluation items for cases where multimodal foundation models are the subject of evaluation, and revised this document (Version 1.10).
