AIセーフティ・インスティテュート（AISI）の、事業実証ワーキンググループ（WG）の一つであるヘルスケアサブワーキンググループ（SWG）は、「ヘルスケア領域におけるAIセーフティ評価観点ガイド」（以下、本ガイド）を公開しました。
本ガイドは、AISIが策定したAIセーフティに関する評価観点ガイドを参考に、医療・ヘルスケア特有の機微性やリスクを反映した、実務者向けの具体的な評価手法を提示するものです。
ガイドの主な特長としては、専門家が少ない企業でも容易に対応できるよう、AIライフサイクルに沿った５つのフェーズでそれぞれ何を評価すればよいのか、評価ポイントをまとめ、10項目の多角的な評価観点と想定されるリスクを併記しています。
本ガイドは AI サービスに読み込んで活用できるように、ガイドの一部をマークダウン形式でも公開しています。
また、本ガイドの評価観点に基づいたAIセーフティ評価を実施できるよう、具体例（プロンプト、エージェントスキル等）を掲載した「プロンプトとスキルによるAIセーフティ評価の実践例」も公開しています。
The Healthcare Sub-Working Group (SWG), established under the Business Demonstration Working Group (WG) of the Japan AI Safety Institute (AISI), has released the Guide to Evaluation Perspectives on AI Safety in the Healthcare Sector (the “Guide”).
Building on AISI’s Guide to Evaluation Perspectives on AI Safety, this Guide presents practical evaluation approaches for practitioners, taking into account the sensitivities and risks specific to the medical and healthcare sector.
A key feature of the Guide is its practical structure. To help companies with limited access to AI specialists take appropriate action, it organizes evaluation points across five phases of the AI lifecycle and clarifies what should be assessed at each phase. It also presents the ten evaluation perspectives together with the potential risks that may arise in healthcare settings.
